I left a 1 only because I had too, I wanted a hot and ready with extra cheese and bread sticks the guy said no you want this... pizza with the extra pepperoni and cheese and it will be 20 min I wasn't even done ordering yet. He walked away. He was therudest guy ever, then when I got the pizza it had so much pepperoni's on it, it was disgusting and they gave me cheese breadinstead of the sticks and everything was cold. Was unable to place order. Tried calling for for 20min nothing but busy signal. Web site does not work for placing orders. When... I went to the building I called again from right in front of the store front and watched employees stand there doing nothing.How can a business run that way where you don't even take calls for orders. This is not one of the chain Little Caesars so they have more expensive prices. There was like a 10 minute wait time for hot and... ready. Didn't seem like they were overly busy at a busy time of the evening. Should have had some ready to grab and go. Read more
They will be lucky if I come back! Went inside and asked for a 3 meat which was a 20 min wait. it'd be about 20 minutes. Fine... I said. He told me to pay when I picked it up. Well, back 20 minutes later, he goes to give me my order but there are breadsticks with it. I explain that it isn't my stuff and he asked what I had ordered. Told him a 3 meat and he said yup, this isyours. Well, no it isn't. I didn't order bread sticks nor did I order a deep dish. He proceeded to argue with me that I didorder it. Open until 9, but ovens off before 8:20. So unless you want a cold and nasty, your out of luck! Also, tried calling ahead for... over 2 hours. No one answered. I was told "sometimes the wifi fades in and out" not very reliable in my opinion for a restaurantthat takes carry-out orders. No menu's. And an overall IDC attitude. Only thing they care about is getting out at exactly 9 PM.NIGHT TIME STORE MANAGER IS REQUIRED. This all occurred on 2/22/22 @ 8:20 PM. I was trying to get pizzas for everyone at work.There are several other pizza restaurants in Clare, MI. ALL others were still making food. They actually answered their phonesso i know this to be factual. We made a much better decision finding a ( mom & pop ) establishment. Lately my hot and readys do not look anything like what's advertised. Someone needs to be held accountable for this false... advertising. I'm posting the picture of the burnt dried out pizza with 3 slices left, the other 5 was used for dog food. Read more

Small little spot but the food hit the spot. The staff was very nice and assisted me right away.
