Ordered through App... There was a malfunction and I was told to pay at counter... Only problem was dining room was closed and... I'm driving a Semi so the drive thru was not an option... Talked to the guys working the Drive thru and eventually was told towait at door for manager... She/He/They/Them never came... Eventually ended up getting back in my truck calling customer serviceand canceling my order... Read more

Food not hot like it should be at 165 degrees, not even cheese melted on burger. Fries were barely warm! Likely didn't get sick!... This was at McDonald's in Clare. MI. Don't understand why some McDonald Restaurants are on top of things and fresh hot food, BayRd McDonald's in Saginaw, MI are the best! The fact that they are told by management they can't be personally taking your order and you now have to do it on a screen is... bs then after leaving discover there's no tartar sauce on my over cooked dry double fish sandwich. I'm not happy.... Maybe youwill be if you care to chance it.. Read more
We enjoyed a lunch at McDonalds in Clare, Michigan. Half of our group used the self-serve kiosk to order, while the other half... used the walk-up counter. Everything went well. A member of the staff bought our individual orders to our table. That was aplus. Interior dining area environment was clean and pleasantly vibrant. Two dining areas. One featured a play area. We satthere even though we had no children to have entertained in their fun play area. I give it 5 stars. Read more
