Our server Melody was fantastic! Very attentive but not at all bothersome. She is so polite and friendly. Spoke to John, the... manager (nice guy) to relay a compliment regarding the food. We ordered rib eye steak medium rare and a side of mushrooms. Oursteak was delicious and seasoned perfectly. Many compliments to the chef, Anna! Great staff. Very helpful and courteous. Buffet is always very neat and clean. Salad bar is one of the best I?ve had. We stop on... our way up north if we are there in the afternoon and on our way back home. Trying the breakfast buffet tomorrow morning for thefirst time. Read more

First of all I NEVER leave reviews but I couldn?t help myself. Being someone who grew up eating at a Ponderosa Steakhouse and... over my 46 yrs of life watching ithe steady decline. This is one of the most awesome buffets in a world where buffets have virtually vanished. Awesome selection. Friday is seafood... night. The young man there made the most fantastic shrimp and chicken Alfredo dish right there in front of me. Definitely alittle blast from the past with fantastic Michigan hospitality. And for dessert? Try vanilla soft serve with peanut buttersauce, crushed peanuts, Reese?s and crushed M&Ms. Come hungry! Read more
Had to go out of our way for this for sure. We used to have a pondorosa close to home they have closed (I missed the sirloin... tips ) we drove two hours and had excellent service, warm rolls delivered to our table before we were even sat down. And thefood was cooked perfectly ????. Read more
Our server, Melody, deserves 5 stars, so she is the only reason I give this location 3 stars. But this location deserves one... star. The service was great. Our Ponderosa in our hometown closed down right before the pandemic started, so we were excited tosee this one open. We were really disappointed. The price for the buffet was about 5$ more per person than it was a couple yearsago, and the buffet sucked. It wasn't worth $15 a person. Not at all. I really don't know how they think it is okay to chargethat much. It was really pitiful. The Ponderosa we remembered was awesome. I left really upset that I wasted my money on thisbuffet. I really wish I could get my money back actually. The food wasn't very good and the choices just sucked. We won't evergo back. Read more
