Honestly, the worst chipotle I?ve ever been too. I live right next to it and will never ago again. The customer service of the... clowns who seem like zombies at work is beyond me. Could be absolutely no line and you?re standing there just waiting forsomeone to take your order, OR at least an acknowledgement of entering this place. The manager or the dude that pretends to beone doesn?t say a single thing. Half the time you can hardly even hear what they?re saying when they do speak. On top of thatthe place closes at 10. To anyone have Chipotle, I believe it is just about the place to be like any other Chipotle. The food in general is just like... any other, but I would like to just hope that the management can focus a bit more on the cleanliness of the place, and theconsistency of the food being given. I believe when someone knows what they are doing, there usually isn?t a problem. The lastvisit I had, the floor was wet (no one cleaned up the water, which is right where you order), and there was no spoons or forkswhere you grab the utensils. Then when I open my food, there was a bottom part of a romaine lettuce inside my bowl. So that isjust what I mean, I love to have the convenience to have a location nearby here, but I am writing this I hopes that theexperience can just be more on par from the other chipotles that we visit. Worst staff. Doesn?t know what they are doing. You should train your staff. They should know if the customer ask something if... they want Keto, vegan, vegetarian, high protein. Rather go to Rubio?s which is much cleaner never had any salmonella outbreak Read more
Stopped by and ordered a burrito bowl like I used to a few years back (I had stopped eating at Chipotle because I once sat down... and before starting to eat a huge black insect crawled out of my food. Didn't make a scene and let the manager know calmly whathappened. She gave me a gift card for less than my meal cost. Decided I was done with this place but its been years so I decidedto try again). When I said "burrito bowl" the young lady looked at me and said "you want a burrito or a bowl??" I said "aburrito bowl please". She shot me a dirty look and said "its a bowl or a burrito" so I asked "aren't they called burrito bowls?"Which they very much were but I guess I'm old and that's no longer the case. She let me know promptly that wasn't true with anattitude. I get if calling it that was a little confusing but there was no need to push the subject or give me attitude overit. Plus they didn't put the guacamole I ordered in my bag which of course I didn't notice until I got home. Once again donewith Chipotle. Read more
Ohhh man where do I beging!! Walked up and 7 workers just standing still on there phone. Finally got someone to attend me , but... still had to wait because he needed some sort of card from another co worker. Got home and gave my wife her food, she had saidthe steak was horrible and had no flavor. Avoid this place and get yourself some Chinese food next door.. woooooo!!! Read more
Friendly staff, until they mess up on your order. I called to let them know I was short on an item, first she said no we got... everything and I told her exactly what had happened, she pretended to have a bad connection. Putting me on hold and then pickingup the phone to pretend she couldn't hear me. Called back and they didn't answer. Very unprofessional. I have placed acomplained with corporate as well. Some pieces of vinyl were in my veggies of taco. If a manager or owner of this branch is reading my post, you should check all... veggies right now and double check the process of prep veggies. I took pictures and have the pieces. I am afraid if my childswallowed some pieces or not. I am a regular online order customer as you can find my order history through your system. Todayorder was made around 2:30 pm. and picked up around 2:50 pm. It is a really thin vinyl, so if I had kept chewing, I mightswallow it thinking it was a tough part of veggies. I guess the vinyl may be a part of a bag of veggies. Maybe your staff rip itoff not enough cleanly. I hope this issue won't happen again ???? since your branch is the nearest Chipotle from my home and wereally like your food. Read more
I ordered a burrito bowl on door dash which they processed, then sent me a side of guacamole in a bag for $15. I will beat... everybody that work in that chipotle up everyday Read more
