Everyone was hungry on a Saturday night and wanted a place that is open late. My family decided to go to Eureka Restaurant. The... wait was not very long and the hostess had a great disposition. They took us to our table and the chair was already removed, soI could roll right up to it ( I appreciate not having to figure out where to place the chair). Kudos to our waiter Ian, he'svery funny, paid attention to details and very knowledgeable about the menu and beers, so it made it easy for us to order. Welooked over the menu and decided on the chicken nachos as the appetizer, which was pretty tasty. I got the adult juice(alcoholic beverage) called Wild Child. If you're a fan of watermelon, mint, citrus and vodka get it. For meals ordered were thechicken tenders, Bison burgers ( if you cannot tolerate spicy food ask for the pepper on the side), and the Napa Chickensandwich ( My daughter LOVES this dish). All were extremely tasty! I recommend getting the Honey-Cinnamon Sweet PotatoesFries. They are hella yummy and rather addicting. If for some reason sweet potatoes are not your thing, their Signature Friesare mega tasty too. ???????? The atmosphere is nice, just a smidge too dark so I had to bring out my phone for extra light toread the menu. LOL Eureka is a great place to take a date, a group of friends or older kids. You want beer there's a HUGEselection to choose from. I also appreciate how accommodating they are to guests in wheelchairs, with open aisles, and movingaround tables to make getting to your table easy. ????? It can be pricey, and if you have food allergies like I do, your foodselections are limited. However all and all Eureka is a good place to get a great meal. Read more
First time visit, impressed with the food, but service was lacking. It made the difference between 4 and 5 star rating. The Mac... N Cheese ball appetizer was very good, spicy good. I had the Cowboy burger and fries?.good burger, good quality bacon, tastyfried straw onions, and tasty bbq sauce. The ginger and lime drink very good too. Recommended. Read more
Drinks and Burgers! If you're in the area and want to try a bone marrow Burger, then come here. It's delish. The broccolini that... accompanied the burger though, undercooked, unseasoned and oily (so basically gross). I was hungry and didn't want a burger so Iopted for the nachos, and they disappointed, I could have picked up two chips on both ends of this thing and lifted the entirechip platter, at how stale everything was. I think the only thing I gave the nachos flavor was the jalapeno. The chicken onthese nachos were dry. The brussel sprouts side dish, FIRE!!! I don?t spend much time in Claremont so I didn?t really know where to go for food, but the outdoor seating looked very... attractive to me. The food I ordered was great. I recommend the Cobb salad. Very dog friendly so my doggo had a great time.The staff were very nice. My only issue is that I wish they had more things on the menu. My friend wanted a steak and theydidn?t have any that weren?t sides, but other than the limited menu, it was an enjoyable experience! Read more
Interesting spot on Claremont. Mostly know for burgers, but they also have chicken sandwiches and salads. I got the cowboy... which has fried onion shoestring, bacon, Beer BBQ sause and cheddar on a toasted bun. I got the basic fries, but they have a lotof other sides you can get. Brussel sprouts, salads, sweet potato fries, cheese fries and a few others. Burger was good,probably try another side next time. They have a few different burgers and over bison burgers. We also got a seared Ahi Saladwith a peanut dressing. You can however get it with other dressings of your choice. We got for dessert their bourbon barrelcaramel case with roasted pecans, and vanilla icecream. Really good and a larger serving you can split. They have 3 or 4 othersto try, but our server recommended the barrel cake. Alcohol is a little more upscale, so don't expect to get your Captain, GrayGoose or crown here. They are going to offer other brands, but I did enjoy my Corsair and Coke. They have some of theirspecialty drinks that rotate through the year. Their beer is also on a rotation so you can get a variety through the year. Theyalso offer beer flights so you can try a few too see what you like. Overall really nice place. Super friendly to puppies! There menu is very accommodating to different diets! The patio space is very roomy for large parties!... Would recommend to call ahead for wait time, is pretty busy but still timely with orders! Read more
Had a few of their menu items. The stacker seemed as a good portion choice. The meat size seemed more like a slider. The meat... was char broiled but no other seasoning. Could of put away 3 if these little burgers. The veggie burger was different but not asexpected. Average flavor and taste. Mushroom burger had some tasty sauce on the small patty. Chicken sandwich had a good tasteand batter. They do not take reservations. Parking out front on the street is not plentiful. Would need to go down middle of theblock in the public parking garage. The place is located up a level. Accessible by a flight of stairs or ramp. Indoor seatingand patio seating is available with outdoor heaters over head. I haven?t been to this location in such a long time and everything we had tonight was so good. Artichoke dip amazing Truffle... fries why had I never ordered those before I think they were my favorite of the night. Green beans have always loved the greenbeans. Salad dressing, the salad dressing is homemade and it is so so good I love the ranch and blue cheese and even thethousand island dressing. Hamburgers were really good as usual. I didn?t really care for my drink so I don?t know thumbs downon the craft cocktails. Read more
