Had the sous vide fried chicken on polenta for dinner. Superb dish. A nice broth and tender greens to accompany, no gravy so not... as heavy as a traditional southern style fried chicken. A nice modern take that isn't pretentious. Sous vide means the chickenis perfectly cooked, not rubbery, not dry even between the dark and white. Love this place! A quaint little Claremont gem, romantically lit and automatically the most romantic scene -- candles, fresh... flowers in vases. A small tapas wine bar, adorned with countless variety of imported wine bottles ready to crack open. Theserver who I assume to be the owner served me and, to my delight, gave me a generous amount of rosé to start while my friendgot a deep red. My go-to wine bar hands down. Read more
