Would get the membership again if they offered an order... ahead feature for their members and if they added Organic fruit options. Good. Not amazing. Good options for bowls and smoothies. I have only gotten bowls and have never been dissatisfied. The options for the açai... bases/sorbets are so yummy and I love that they allow you to try them. The toppings options are great and the different granolaand nuts are plenty. As a mom who has an infant it is hard to sit on the bench outside with a stroller and the inclined rocks;therefore, 1 star taken off due to the lack of dining area. Read more
Honestly, when Pepo first opened up I was not a fan. We typically went to ?the spot? also in Claremont. More recently, my... daughters made more requests to go to Pepo. I would send them in and never craved or had the desire to ?try? their fruit bowlconcoction. Fast forward, one day I asked if I could try some, and Jesus, I was hooked from then on. At first, going there andnot knowing what their offerings mean, or taste like can feel ???????? but the customer service is kind and so I asked to tryanything I wasn?t sure about. They were patient, and, now I know what I like and have integrated more fruits into my diet. Iwill pick this as a ?treat? over the Starbucks run. While everyone says the prices are great, I was wallet shocked because Ithink it?s on the expensive side, but, it?s a business and considering the location, overhead and cost of goods, I think it?sfair. The fruit has been spot on in terms of quality and I appreciate that. Hats off to the owner and staff. A tip forconsumers. DONT hold your bowl from the bottom so as to keep the bowl as cool as possible and gives you more time to enjoy :) Read more
This is the cutest smoothie spot I?ve been to in a long time. They offer lots of different bases for bowl, including Matcha... survey, Açaí, lavender Ube, coconut sorbet and usually they have Pitaya but today they didn?t have it which was a bummer. Thetoppings are limitless. They have their own granola blend and then they have lots Of whole fruit topping options! In additionto that, they have 10 different nuts you can top your bowl with, plus different powders and drizzle so on top. The prices arepretty reasonable! Especially for everything you get! After walking around the Village Venture a while, my sis and I wanted something to drink. We saw Pepo Melo and went for... smoothies. I had the Butterfly effect, and it was great. If you like banana get this, because you can definately taste it. Ididn't get a bowl, but they have a good selection of sorbet, fruit and toppings. Read more
