Won't let me give a zero star, really wish it would. The ONLY good thing about our visit to this horrible place was the older... woman who handed us our order at the window. Other than that, AWFUL!! My girlfriend got a chicken sandwich, was overcooked anddry, the fries except for one they had to cook to fulfill our order were cold and stiff. Now to the absolute best part, allsarcasm heavily inserted. The whopper burger I was given had either rotten patties or bad mayonnaise or a combo, either way, Iended up with a two day bout of THE WORST CASE OF FOOD POISONING EVER!! After almost 40 dollars for a meal that made me so sickI couldn't stop vomitting and having explosibe diarheia, I will absolutely NEVER be returning, I don't care how much my sonloves the fries, and whats more, I truly hope the horrible, disgusting place gets shutdown. The health inspector needs to paythem a surprise visit and check on wether there food is being stored properly, bet ya they would get shutdown. Read more

The drive thur menu is hard to read at night no lights to show it. I was over charged but the guy refunded it and I told him not... to because it will take days to go back on my card, he could have just gave a cheap burger I didn't even care about $3.00 overcharge. I didn't even get my whole order but i was not going back to get it , BK I'm all set with going back. Read more

The sketchiest BK I?ve ever been to. When we pulled up, we couldn?t tell if it was even still in business because everything was... overgrown. We saw that the lights were on inside and someone was at the drive thru, so we got in line. The person in front of usseemed to be taking forever - that?s because no one was taking orders. In fact, after a check of the building, it didn?t seemlike anyone was inside at all?but the lights and some equipment were on. First, we tried calling the number listed on theirGoogle profile and it was disconnected. Then we called the cops, because it seemed super suspicious - they told us this happensall the time. This is the worst BK I have been to. The outside is overgrown it makes it look like an abandoned building. Huge spider webs... around the drive up windows. I don't mind spiders though for a place of business they should take care of the outside of theirbusiness. The person taking the order was rude. She got part of my order wrong. I ordered a small order of Mozambique stickswith my order, When I received my order I had 2 orders of onion rings, when I brought it to her attention she said oh youdidn't order 2 OR. I said no I said never mind. How does Mozzarella sticks sound like Onion Rings. I waited for a receipt shelooked at me with a scowled look and I said Im waiting for my receipt. She turned in annoyance and gave me my receipt ????. Wedefinitely won't be going to this BK again. Nasty place with rude employees. Read more

Place looks like hell outside. Lobby isn't open (probably because of staffing issues) but c'mon....clean the place up. Burger... was good.. fries? Worst fries ever...just blahhhh. Staff were as they should but it's definitely not your typical BK. Read more

I mean... it's Burger King. You should know what you're getting at this point. The lobby is still closed. The staff is still not... the definition of friendly, but they aren't bad either. It's a very very average fast food experience. Read more

We provided the drive-thru cashier with a code from app. When he repeated that part of order back to us it didn?t match what we... had ordered. When I informed him of that he became rude and didn?t offer to fix the problem. We have screenshots of the order.Clearly his computer was telling him something different than what Burger King?s app was telling us, but acting like thecustomer has a problem is unacceptable. When we realized we weren?t getting anywhere with him and after a customer in the carbehind us got out of his car to approach and ask what the hold up was, we decided to leave. As we pulled through the drive-thru,the cashier yelled at us. When I stopped the car, he yelled at us to get out of his drive-thru. Not sure if Burger King doesroutine drug testing or not, but his irrational behavior suggests that might be a good idea. Won?t be visiting this Burger Kingagain until we are reassured this won?t happen again. Our 13 year-old niece was in the car and doesn?t deserve to witness suchimmature behavior. Employees that yell at customers for no good reason tarnish the reputation both of local franchises and ofnational brands. Read more

I think its important to mention I have left a significant amount of negative reviews. Today I ordered the southwest bacon... burger combo - lettuce and tomato via drive through. The service and food was noticeably excellent ????. I hope this positivechange I experienced today continues to be the common theme for claremont burger King Read more
