Ordered 8 wakeup wraps for whole family today on the mobile ap got there placed an order for munchkins and a drink since I knew... I'd have to wait a few minutes and we needed those too. Waited 25 minutes for the wraps the whole time I waited the kid makingthem was loudly swearing and complaining about having to make 8 wraps for one order then when he was finally done walked overslammed the bag on counter without saying anything and walked away. Repeated my order 3 times before it was read back correctly, I asked for 4 bagels sliced with cream cheese on the side and I... repeated that 2 times. Just to get home and see that they still screwed up! The bagels were all sliced with the cream cheese puton them and the coffee had cream instead of milk (could deal with that) but either way when it?s repeated back correctly itshould be made correctly. I live far enough out it wasn?t worth driving back there to make them fix it but I suggest checkingeverything before you leave. I understand mistakes happened but this was sheer stupidity. If you expect to be paid well youshould do your job well. I bet if you were paid based on your job performance you wouldn?t be making close to what your beingpaid. This Saturday crew is a joke. This Dunkin's was once my favorite. Sadly they are really suffering lately. Fairly, some issues may be caused by staffing... shortages. My complaint was with the staff on duty. They seemed more interested with chilling out with each other than helpingthe long line of customers. The entire area behind the counter was unorganized and unclean. Trash bins were overfilled in thesitting area and the tables had obviously not been cleaned. Read more

Very disappointed in the newer employee Valencia if that?s how his names spelt, I was with my family ordering breakfast and she... was very rude didn?t have the common courtesy to show me basic manners as a customer in their place of work. It was extremelyupsetting to have to explain to my son why some people act that way for no reason. I?ve always loved this Dunkin? Donuts andnever had an issue. Read more
