Took about 15 minutes to go through the drive through because the lobby was closed. Got the wrong food because they don't double... check orders. I give them 2 stars because they made the other person's food fairly well. Read more

Long lines . Longer waiting. No going inside. When you can a couple days a week. Your dealing with machines. Watch older... patrons struggles with machines. "A renovation for the worse" experience. Overall time of being there tonight was nearly a half hour - between waiting in a long... single drive up line to order and getting the food. I tried the inside at first, found it to be very closed in & unwelcome to acustomer - to the service of placing and receiving an order. Add me into the " Many " of not receiving what I had ordered. I gotsomeone else's special order chicken sandwich which means that person didn't get their order correct, too. The small piece ofmeat didn't cover 50% of the bun, either. Read more

Worst customer service ever all I said was if you had a ?family emergency? you should say that on the intercom or ? we are... closed ? instead of waiting for waiting 45 mins then having the cops called on me cause I?m waiting in the drive thur I?mthinking because you opened the window I?m about to order instead you tell me your are calling the cops @ 8 pm b/c the drivethur the & establishment close @ 11 pm. I took my niece to a 5yo bday party. The play area was small but the kids enjoyed it. I didn't eat the food and my niece didn't... finish hers. It was about what you would expect from a good McDonald's; it appeared clear and the service was good. Read more

I ordered a large caramel machiato. I received a small and no cool whip. When I mentioned it to the lady and she said our... machine just went down for cleaning. Walked inside, stood at the counter waiting to order and three employees are staring at us from the back. After a few minutes,... we awkwardly had to ask if we could order food. Without leaving the kitchen, they tried to tell us we couldn?t order inside. Oneof the employees had to eventually walk up to the counter to tell us because they were so far away we couldn?t hear them thefirst time. They said their lobby was closed and we had to order through the drive thru. Then why were the doors unlocked andwhy didn?t you tell us when we first walked up to the counter ? Really bad customer service. So unnecessarily awkward. If wehadn?t tried to ask it seemed they were just waiting for us to walk out. Read more
