I literally would come here every single day for the cheesy breadsticks if I could. They are THAT good!! ???????????????????? I... unfortunately don't really care for the pizza here anymore because of the sauce and my personal preference changing over time,which is a big shame because they really have the BEST crust here, hands down. Almost always a quick drive thru experience andnot too pricey; plus they have an APP with points toward FREE food, which is always a win! Highly recommend! Read more
Ordered by phone not App but went through drive thru to pick up. It was a good experience. Ate the bread sticks in the parking... lot and a couple pieces of my favorite deep dish pizza. I live about 35min away but we?ll worth the drive. No one out pizzas theHUT. We dined in a couple times but always seem to get an attitude from the help.. Read more
The online ordering experience was efficient and adequate. The pizza and sides were very good, hot out of the oven (the... I work in the food service industry, so I completely understand that everyone is facing issues. However, that being said, this... Pizza Hut needs some updated training in how to get it right. I stopped ordering from them about 4 months ago, as they keptmessing it up. Always forgetting items that I ordered. Tonight, I had a craving for wings. So, we ordered them for delivery.Apparently now, Pizza Hut no longer uses their own drivers, so they use DoorDash. As most people in Claremont have come torealize, DoorDash's upcharge for items is ridiculous!! Anyway, we ordered wings and soda and guess what? They forgot the soda.Again, like I said, things are tough, but this isn't rocket science. Read your tickets and make sure you get it right. Read more
This is the worst experience in a pizza hut that we ever had. The service was the worst and we received different things than we... ordered. The personal is very rude!! We went 4/29/22 in the afteroon, we ordered wings and we received boneless, and thewaitress told us that those were wings!!! Even when we are telling her that those are not and clrealy are not! I visited this restaurant at the end of the holidays when school was still out. The restaurant was packed. There were tables... available, but they were so short staffed that they couldn't get us seated fast enough. The waiters and waitresses were having ahard time, but this was obviously due to management not being able to properly staff during busy hours. The lunch buffet wasgoing on, but due to the high volume of customers they could not keep the salad bar or the pizza buffet filled. This was due tomanagements lack of scheduling extra people for the rush. I visited a week later when there was a quarter of the volume and thestaff had no issue. Read more
Place was clean, had the Salad bar open, which was nice, but it was a very full salad bar for an otherwise very empty... restaurant.... seems wasteful. Hopefully they can get some more customers in there to enjoy ???? The waitress was nice. Read more
