I had the absolute worst experience here yesterday. I walked in and no one acknowledged me while the workers continued their... conversation. Then I did not realize you had to scan your own coupon which I don?t mind doing but I did not know which causedher to roll her eyes. Then I used a gift card and it declined because she hit debit because I did not tell her but she did notask me. She was incredibly rude and made me feel awful or I would not waste my time to type this. Read more

Went in this under new management subway yesterday. They do not give you your moneys worth!!! Won?t be back again. I will... go to conover or rock barn subway where they are not scared to put food on your sub. Read more
They just opened back up and they should have stayed closed. The "attendents" didn't listen to what I wanted. Acted aggravated... when I asked them to do it the way I wanted it. The bread was hard and the girl who was ringing it up over charged me foranother drink but by then I just wanted out. I'll go to rock barn from now on. Read more

I'm giving two stars because the other time we went everything was fine. For this visit, I would say less than a star. I ordered... online because I had my young son with me and my other teenage son at home waiting. Figured it would be easier to just run inand grab our food and go. Not the case. I got there 5 mins after the time my food was supposed to be ready. It wasn't made. Hadto wait an extra 10 mins for food to be made. I live less than 5 mins from the store. My toasted steak sub was cold. No way theylet it toast long enough. Can't really reheat because of lettuce and mayo on sub. So I just wasted money and time for nothing.Should have just went next door to burger king???????? ask guy at store for a number I could call, was told to call anotherstore. Called back when I got home and was told the owner would call me within a few mins. Been almost 30 mins with no response.Won't be going back to this location. I don't care how close to home it is.
