Secret gem in Claremore! The falafel sandwich was delicious! Great place for vegan food. They also have a platter.

Super disappointed in this place. I've traded here for years, but I am done now! Twice in the last couple months they have not... fixed my sandwich like I asked, and it was a very simple request. When I eat in Tulsa, they have no problem filling my order. BTW management... I've seen your stock answers to people's reviews, if that's the best you can do please don't even answer this. If you really cared about improving customer service you wouldn't have as many one-star reviews.... I understand it's hard toget people to work and even harder to get people with common sense and customer service skills, but I really don't think themanagement cares... it's all about money anymore... The website says to expect friendly faces and the freshest ingredients. This was totally the case for Bill & Ruth's in Claremore... where they say, "we build 'em right". And boy howdy - THEY DID! Ordered the trio sub w/ jalapeno sauce & their famous dressing,Great choice!!! The fresh-baked bread was tasty & our sub was OVERFLOWING with fresh meats, cheese, and cold veggies werequested. It was customized just as we asked, which showed great attention to detail! These folks knocked it out of the park infreshness, taste, value, and the welcoming friendliness of the staff. Lady?s upfront are rude, management doesn?t respond to any of those reviews and they?re still working there.** Terriblecustomer service Every time I?ve been in here. Update: Today I was able to return and actually speak with the owner! He stepped up well and beyond my expectations! Extremely... satisfied with my visit! The baklava is amazing! Thicker gyro meat is available upon request and it makes a huge difference inflavor! Thank you for going above and beyond! Friendly staff, clean facility! Ordered the gyro platter. It came with tabuli,hummas, and pita bread also ordered a side of onion rings! Everything was pretty decent. Onion rings were amazing! My 3 starswere based off the gyro itself!
