If I were rating the food alone it would get three stars at best, but the Claremore location gets an extra star for one of the... staff! I didn't think to get her name, but the woman who was working this afternoon was great. We had a group of six and she waspatient while we got our orders sorted and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything weneeded. The food itself was okay, sides were great but the brisket was mediocre with very little flavor. The bbq sauce wouldprobably be good if you like thin vinegar-based sauces, but if you're a fan of Kansas City style barbecue then you're going tobe disappointed. Read more
I absolutely LOVE Billy Sims! I am super picky about my BBQ rarely finding it satisfying when I eat out but you guys knock it... out of the park! I just wish it was a little more affordable so I could enjoy it more often! Fixed income sucks ???? Read more
We don't go as often as I would like but we love Billy Sims bbq. Always make sure you get your pickle. They may not offer but... you always get one. Read more
Food is pretty good but who ever the guy was working tonight hated life and definitely hates his job. He was so incredibly... disrespect to the girl he was working with and was super irritated with every item we ordered. We didn't even dine-in. We had 9meals and spent a decent amount of money, Management definitely needs to address the horrible attitude as I'm sure we aren't thefirst to notice. Read more

Awesome food, clean store, nice staff. My only complaint is the guy at the window didn't put on gloves or wash his hands before... touching my food last time. This time has gloves on giving change at the window and the same gloves touching my food. Claremorelocation. Read more
