Was really wanting to give Buffalo wild wings another shot but they just keep declining in their quality of food and service.... $22 for 6 over-cooked dry and chewy boneless wings and ridiculously over salted french fries. Done with this entire franchise. Read more
We went on a Sunday morning around noon, and we were seated immediately. Once seated, we waited for 48 minutes for our food to... come out. The reason my review is still 5 stars is because our server continually checked on us and apologized several times forthe wait time on the food. Absolute worst experience ever at a Buffalo Wild Wings. No a/c. The wait staff stood in the corner with the drink machine ALL of... them, they were not short staffed there was at least 10 people standing around talking and looking at all the customers butwould not wait on anyone. No one had any idea what they were doing. Couldn't give us our food because they couldn't figure outwho it went to. We were one of three families in that section. No refills. No service. Couldn't get our ticket to even pay. Myhusband went up to the wait staff standing at the drink machine 3 times for someone to give us a ticket and then nothing tosign the ticket with. No pen. Nothing. Finally angry I walked up and asked for a pen from ALL the wait staff and their managerso we could leave. I left extremely angry by the whole experience. I wouldn't recommend this location to my worst enemy. Ispent over $50 with your company for the worst service I have ever had at one of your locations. You need to retrain your staffand get better management. Read more
Their food was pretty good, but It took about 30 minutes for me to get my order. And they are remodeling so the whole time... there's drills and saws going off while I was eating. In my opinion Wingstop is definitely better Read more

I've not been back here in awhile since it's a 45 minute drive but when I have went the service was always good and friendly,... and a fun atmosphere. They have different good drinks to pick from and love how many different types of wing sauces they have totry.One of the servers let me try samples of a few sauces to see which I wanted to order.The Asian zing wings and Thai curry wasmy favorites, I'd definitely like to try one of their burgers too as everything on the menu looked good. I ordered carry out and I arrived 5 minutes early and there may have been 10 people dining in. My food was 15 minutes late which... isn't a huge deal. When I got home I realized the bone in wings were WAY over cooked to the point that I didn't eat them. Theboneless wings were cooked properly. Unfortunately I wasn't able to take the burnt wings back so I had to trash 20 bone inwings.(half of my order) this is the only bad experience I've had at bww but it seems my food was late because they left them inthe fryer WAY too long.
