We arrived at Chilli's 30 minutes after our order was supposed to be ready. No one had any answers of why it wasn't ready. We... waited 40 minutes to get chicken and fries. Went on a Sunday evening... short wait ( <10 min). The hostess was friendly. Our server was not. He wasn't bad, per se. He took... our orders, brought us the food and refilled drinks. But he never smiled, looked at us in the eyes or tried makingconversation. The food was good. And a few of us ordered custom stuff like no onions, no avocados, extra ranch, etc on ourmeals. We went in for a late Thanksgiving dinner with my dad , There were 6 of us and the side we were on was pretty packed but Our... waitress was on top of everything, making sure we had what we needed, and kept an eye on our drinks for when we needed refills.I've never had service like what she provided at any other establishment.
