We went to KFC Claremore for dinner. my wife ordered a pot pie and I ordered 3 pc all white extra crispy. The come back and said... we don't have any pot pies so my wife picked something else. After paying 21 dollars and getting our drink cups the worker saidwe don't have any breast in crispy I ask for my money back and a very rude young lady behind the counter said we have a norefund policy. I said but you can't deliver what I ordered she said I can give you something else I said I want to talk to themanager she said she's not here and I'm not giving your money back Finley she call the manager and she did not want to give mymoney back either. After back and forth for a few minutes I said either give me my money back or I'm calling the Claremorepolice over here and then she decided to give me a refund. We will never go back there and the young blond girl should be firedand same for the manager. Wow what happened to pleasing the customer. Read more
Tried to order off the app. went through the whole process, then it failed to order. Had to call the corporate # to find out... why. The online ordering system was turned off at the store. They couldn't tell me why. They lost a $40 dollar order. Read more
I went to this place, and I straight up had a horrible time! This place sucks! The staff is very rude and unprofessional. I was... given cold stale food and rock hard biscuits. I also went to the bathroom to change my child and it was absolutely disgusting!When I asked Brittany, an employee, for some assistance they looked at me, rolled their eyes as if I was a nuisance and told meto go talk to the manager on the floor! Poor service, didn't get order in drive thru correct and had to correct at window. Seen and heard goofing off. Then told to pull... around, waited in parking lot for two famous bowls, overall time over 15 mins. Then she laughed at me for expressingdisappointment in service. Middle of day, not busy. Will not stop here again when traveling thru Claremore. Read more
Absolutely horrible! Ordered a 16 piece meal with 4 large sides...they were out of crispy chicken so ordered the original. When... I got home they only gave us 12 pieces and also shorted me a side! We will never go back!!!! Read more
