We ordered inside thinking it would be quicker. Instead Waited 30 minutes for food. The long line through the driver thru was... served first along with the next line long line. Line went around twice before being served. Then had the manager actually comeall the way out to tell at my son about "kicking the door" when he opened it with his foot because his hands were full. Theorder is wrong just about everyone we order from them. Ordered a plain hamburger happy meal with apples slices. Got a burgerwith ketchup and mustard. No apple slices but an extra order of fries. I ordered in the drive thru. Only ordered a quarter pounder with cheese, & a large coke. I paid, then pulled up to the pickup... window, & waited 30 minutes. I asked what was taking so long, one of the 3 girls at the window said they were cooking it fresh.I don't believe that because it was ice cold when I finally got it, the cheese wasn't even melted.Everyone's drinks were sittingthere watering down because they were talking so long to get food out. Not to mention one of the 3 girls in the pickup windowwas busy playing on her phone. I hadn't been to McDonald's in a long time, & now I'll never go back. That was totallyridiculous. 10 minute wait at curbside pickup only to get a burnt chicken sandwich and cold fries shift manager said her GM knows the oil in... the fryer needs to he changed but I guess it's not important...(old oil affects color and taste of fried foods) for a corporatestore, it needs to have a major overhaul of management. Not to bad. Two out two of the hamburger buns were burnt. One out of two French fries were so hot you couldn?t touch them, the... other was cold? the bag of food had me feeling like I was in Goldilocks and the Three Bears? too hot, too cold or just right!!Lol I guess besides that it all tasted fine. When I ask for ketchup and honey mustard, that doesn?t just mean give us ketchup. Also, a week or two when we came here, the... fries weren?t even cooked all the way through. They were white. I just really wanted to come on here and praise one of your workers. We visited the McDonald's late at night the day before... Thanksgiving and it was packed in the drive-through that wasn't a huge deal to us because we know Claremore doesn't have a lotof choices opened late at night. Anita took care of us in the drive-through and she was awesome! Her bubbly personality reallybrightened our day and we honestly didn't care about the wait that night. It's rare to see an employee enjoy their job so muchthese days and I think Anita's customer service went above and beyond. If your looking for a late night snack run in Claremore I highly recommend this McDonald's the food we got was fresh and excellent. We will definitely be back. Read more
