Food was less than appetizing, although it may just have been what I ordered.
Waiting for 15 minutes with 5 people walking around not even acknowledging you are standing in front of them. 2 guys working... pizza dough and 2 chick's behind the counter complaining about what people order.... sure would be nice to get some customerservice. Read more

Pizza looked like it was dropped lol still tasty but the delivery guy forgot our extra sauce. I understand people make mistakes... and the first thing he told me was he forgot them and would go back. I just expect a little better from one of my favorite pizzaplaces Read more
I ordered pizza for my family around 12:45pm and did not receive the pizza until 1:45pm. The order was only supposed to take... 30-40 minutes. The delivery driver called me and said the order got bumped off the screen and she wasn't sure why, but that myfood was made fresh and wasn't just sitting there. The pizza and side weren't cold, but definitely not as hot as I expected. Iused to think Papa Johns was the more upscale pizza place in my area, so we don't order unless we have the extra money. Withthat being said, pizza hut is almost right next door to this Papa Johns and even when it takes 45 minutes the pizza is alwaysvery hot and just seems fresher. Papa Johns used to provide excellent service and delivery, but this is my second unsatisfactoryexperience and I'm lead to believe it has gone down hill. Read more
So I have sat here debating on leaving a review and have decided. On 10/1 we ordered an extra large works pizza. We ate part of... a slice and it was blah and way under cooked. What has happened to papa johns quality? It use to be our go to spot, now pointsexpire and the prices have increased but the quality has went down. The last 3 pizzas we have gotten from this location haveleft us feeding it to our dogs. I scraped the topping off we tried to cook it longer but decided to give it to the dogsinstead.
