I made an 80 dollar online order to be ready by 9:15 on 11/07/22. The order was ready 10 min too early. Over 21 items in 2 bags... with the Mexican pizza and crunchy tacos on the bottom. Also asked to change a Baja blast from diet to regular, and watched themfill with diet and tell me they fixed it when they did nothing. Contacted the restaurant and explained what happend and howunhappy I was and they are willing to do nothing, basically told me not sorry were doing nothing to rectify their mistakes. My husband walked in tonight and waited for greeting, someone to acknowledge he was there. They plainly saw him, but no one... came to the counter to help him and he's a pretty patient guy. He finally walked out and took his service to Taco Bueno. Thishas happened a few times. He's a Bell nut or was. Taco Bueno is my fave anyway. He works in the food service as well andunderstands busy but this was rude. Even if you are short staffed train your people to be friendly and welcoming or fire theirbehinds. Have a good night. Just saying if you go here (especially after or around 9) be sure to check your food as soon as you get it as you're sitting at... the window! Don't budge till you know you have all your items! The line is too long and they don't get in any hurry and theywon't answer the phone to let you come in to grab the part of your order that's missing. (Even though there's a crowd ofcustomers in the lobby). Speaking from experience, do better Taco Bell. Read more
I really hate to be the complaining type but they gotta get better at checking if all the food is in the bag. Every time I... order, there is something missing.
