The store personell were all very nice and professional...they get 5 stars...but the food was not worth the price. The food was... bland, half a leaf of lettuce, 1 small piece of bacon about 1/2 inch. Not worth my money. Read more

For the Claremore Oklahoma store??.The only reason I gave 2 stars was because the food was good?..the drive thru staff are the... rudest people I?ve ever encountered! The person literally tossed my food in my car and closed the window so fast I didn?t evensee anyone! I heard the door open and by time I looked up, the window was closed and my bag of food was in my lap! We were theonly ones in line and the parking lot was empty, there?s no way y?all were that busy! The manager called for another person to come help, as she stood there and stared at us. There was a girl eating at the fryer.... The guy who came to help looked like he had using his shirt for a paper towel. Food had been sitting on the counter and its verycold food. Update: went through drive thru on 7/28/22, guy taking order kept asking me anything else after everything I orderedseemed a little rude. Pulled up to pay at first window girl was on her phone put it down open the window and took my card,swiped gave it back and didn't even say anything and closed the window. Pulled up to window to get my food and the manager wasgiving us the food I asked her if she was the manager before I said anything. Told her what happened at the first window toldher I wasn't even offered a receipt. She told me they can't print receipt at the first window and also told me the girl isusually pretty quiet. Very clean store. It seems like they've got it pretty stream lined, cause I was seeing cars steadily going through the drive... thru, while we were eating. Tho I've never been a big chicken nugget fan, I was pleasantly surprised with the ones that came inmy $5 box. Looking forward to going back. They workers have always been super sweet. There's one chatty lil guy i look forward to seeing after late events at the nearby... FTW. The fries are always hot, the store is always super clean, and their lemonade is like a professional lemonade. its likethey specialize in making them or smt. Anyways, wendys lemonades far excede Dutch Bros lemonade, if you are looking for alemonade, just go to wendys, the ones at Dutch Bros are not even worth it Read more
