Worst fast food experience ever. Only have eaten what?re burger a few times but decided on it today. After waiting 40 min... finally received food. Well you would think it would be fresh. Besides having the wrong condiments it was so cold cheese wasn?tmelted. So dissatisfied I went back and ask for a refund. No apologies didn?t even ask what was wrong. Waited 45 minutes in the drive thru for 1 combo a couple of days ago, tonight I made a mobile order and they forgot both of our... fries we ordered and their soft drink machine was down. Whoever the general manager of this store is needs to get it together.It's not "staffing issues" it's retention issues. You can't keep employees long enough to get them fully trained. Get ittogether! I go every few weeks. Good food. Only problems I've had have been the occasional bad soda (improper syrup mix, not enough carb),... which isn't a big deal to me. I do love burgers! Big drive through. Read more
I went for lunch dine in. It took around 15-20 until my food arrived. My burger was not hot, not warm, the cheese didn't even... melt and the burger was not seasoned at all. I took a few bites and couldn't get it down. Their fries however were good. Read more
This place was friendly and quick. The lady who took our order was able to help us pick our meals. She had great suggestions and... was so helpful. The limited banana pudding shake was yummy! You get along of food for the money. Is say this is a good bang foryour buck! Read more
Why do you have to wait over 60 minutes/one solid hour in the drive thru? Not even joking. The food was decent. But come on, 60... minutes..and it was early in the morning like 5am. Do better guys. I won't be eating there again Read more
I?m not a complainer AT ALL usually. We?ve loved this place since we moved here, but the last two times I?ve gotten food it?s... been AWFUL! Today my onion rings were great but that was the only thing. The fries were cold and hard (10:30am) and I bite intomy burger and the bread is also harder and stale tasting, I can?t taste anything else other than stale bread in the burger withthe meat being pink/red as I take a bite. I hope this place gets better soon. They?ve unfortunately lost my families businessfor awhile. Read more
They have the best cheeseburgers and fries in town at a great price. The food is fresh and never bad. The Cinnamon rolls are... amazing and always fresh. The sweet tea is really good as well. I always stop by for a bite to eat when I'm in Claremore. Thereis no better place to get a great burger. Quick service. Read more
