We've been good customers of this Dominos going back 20 years! Now when ordering, you are connected to someone overseas who does... not easily understand English. They could not assist with a simple order and connected me to the store. The associate at thestore is also difficult to understand and did not know what deals or coupons the company offers. Horrible customer service. Ordered For pick up. When I got home, the pizza was not correct. When I called they said I needed to... bring it back. I said I was not driving all the way back. It was their mistake, they could deliver a new one. Was told I?moutside the delivery area (yet they wanted me to drive back). I asked if they could just put a credit with my phone number fornext time. Was told no. When I said that was not acceptable, I was told they couldn?t help me and they hung up on me. SMH Read more

This location is well run, like an oiled machine. I saw 2 delivery drivers when I went in to pick up my order, it was ready... within the window I was given for online orders, and still hot. I never got the text updates I signed up for, but that's okayfor me. We just order plain cheese for the kids, but the standard crust is pretty good, it's typical Domino's, you know what toexpect/what you're getting. I love Dominoes. Always great tasting pizza and usually takes no more than 20 minutes to get to me. The drivers are nice for the... most part. The online ordering works great and is a fantastic alternative since I always feel so awkward talking to people overthe phone. The mobile notifications are a nice touch as well. Read more
I always loved Dominos Pizza and lot of times I even argued with my friends over this. But after the experience I had last week... I decided not to order from Dominos transit road store. I ordered a extravaganza pizza on garlic Alfredo white sauce with lot oftoppings on it. I was super hungry and weather was so bad so I decided to drive myself and pick it up. Once I got home I noticedthey gave me plain pizza on robust tomato sauce . I called them up and explained and they asked me to bring the pizza and pickup my order. I had to drive again and starve until I got my order. Even then I was happy that at least I was getting my order. Ipicked it up again and came home. When I open it was completely dry and they just spiced it up no idea why. I have had thispizza multiple times in the past so I know how it tastes. I had no choice but eat as I was starving for more than 1.5 hours. Mystomach hurt for 2 days. I thought it?s completely useless to call them again so decided never to go back there again. Since Ihave always loved their service I may try in other branches but not this one. This also reminded me another incident from Julywhere my friends came from Nashville and we ordered pizza as they were vegetarian I specifically ordered veg pizza. We pickedit up from window and we started driving as we had to go somewhere. After 30 min when kids were hungry we opened the box to eatonly to find they had bacon on it . Just to make sure we didn?t order bacon by mistake we opened the app and checked. We orderedcorrectly but they delivered it wrong. It was late in the night . Having kids with us we struggled a bit to find them food.(This also same transit road store) Looks like their quality check folks don?t care what order going out not sure what theycheck really. I ordered my pizza with extra sauce and they obviously forgot because the pizza was very dry. Disappointed
