Their food is So Good!!! I had the delicious Bartender's Special and the meat was so tender with not one Hint of fat. Even the... side salad was good. The onion rings are fantastic-- and then to end the meal, we had warm pumpkin bread pudding with cinnamonice cream and whipped cream. YUM. You Have to come see this place with its rich history (my parents started coming here whenthey were dating in high school), the ghost stories, and the tastiest comfort food around. Service was good, the atmosphere is great. We live down the road and it was our first time going. We went with the kids and got... spinach dip/chips, two kids mini cheeseburger meals, my husband got the classic cheeseburger and I got the pulled pork sliders.While I wasnt too impressed on the pulled pork sandwiches I tried the burgers and wow the absolute best! My husband says theyrethe best he's tried so far. Which says a lot coming from a truck driver whos tried burgers in all different states ???? We gotside orders of onion rings and for desert we ordered the pumpkin banana bread pudding with cinnamon icecream. That was sooo goodbut so big! Three of us couldnt finish it. All of that for $54!! Very cozy feel, they leave small bowls of peanuts on the tables and u eat them and throw the shells on the floor. They have a... fire place in the bar area, a separate dining room for more of a family feel. We had the bison & elk burgers. So good! Willdefinitely come back! We've been waiting to try this place for a while and I'm glad we finally did. Service was excellent the restaurant was quaint... and cozy and the food was really good. Good portion sizes and overall good value. Their staff was also wonderful period fromthe greater to our server communication was great and friendly. This reminded me of the restaurants I grew up eating in, we willdefinitely be back. Read more
