There's a long haired barista Justine STUPENDOUS! Top of the line service and quality from a young person is rare with everyone... in this newer generation lazy and looking for handouts.. I give her 5 stars I give the location 0 stars but that's not an optionso 1 star will do for now. I've been going to Starbucks since the late 90s and can count 4 baristas in my lifetime that wereperfect and that includes Justine. She is incredible I have no idea how she handles large lines all alone with no mistakes onorders and beautiful drinks at that for each customer. Her etiquette is comforting and I over heard her speaking to customersbehind me she speaks to them in Spanish I'm assuming because I heard an "hola" as well as comfortably chatting with heavyaccented foreigners. She makes the location feel warm and comforting. I've gone in I've also sent my family I've also sent myassistants and no one has seen her! I don't care for the baristas there. One gives bad drinks with bad attitude, one isextremely ingenuous her drinks are inconsistent the heavier set boy seemed uninterested the Myla girl is alright drinks are goodbut not the same energy but also no where to be seen and there's a newer one who messed up on lattes two women ordered ahead ofme and then looked extremely lazy so I refuse to purchase coffee from there Where is Justine? She told me herself assistantmanagers don't get traded. I have spread word to many people about her and I'm beginning to get messages asking where she is aswell. My niece said the manager made her drink wrong so she tossed it came later and the new hire also proceeded to make itwrong that's a young customer lost. i went to this location today around 8 am. i stopped to grab some fruit & a coffee before work. there was one lady working - so... i went out of my way to be polite. i ordered the drink on the flyer right in front of my face & asked if she could add oat milk.?NO. you the sweet cream is premade? to which i replied ?oh yeah! sorry i was just asking if you could add it to the drink, ilike the taste? to which she doesnt reply & just proceeds to make the drink. no receipt or even indication that i should movedown. at this point i feel uncomfortable. she hands me the drink & i can tell immediately it?s wrong & there?s no ice? seeingher attitude i decided it wasn?t worth saying anything & i walked away. then i remembered i paid $7 for this drink lol. so iwalked back & very kindly asked ?i?m so sorry, i ordered this with the cold foam! is there any way you could add some?? she thentells me i?m wrong, that i didn?t order it that way bc i wanted oat milk. i again apologized & pointed to the flyer & let herknow i wanted that particular drink to which she comes around the counter to look & still proceeds to tell me i ordered itwrong. mind you, all i?m asking for is for her to add the cold foam. she takes my drink & dumps it into a new cup - still noice. pours the cold foam on top & then very sarcastically tells me to have a great day? i?m just confused, i wasn?t rude, iasked for one simple substitution & you went out of your way to ruin my happy & positive mood for the day? it?s been over anhour & im sitting here still dumb founded that that?s how you treat people. glad ?georgie? got a big welcoming hello & niceconversation when he picked up his drink tho lol. Fast, correct, friendly. Summer is the best - always helpful and will ask you for additional details regarding of the drinks.... Food bar is full and merchandise are stocked and well-organized and you can find good deals. Read more

Edit!! SAMSON(I believe that's his name) IS SUPER SWEET! LOVE HIM. It's the dark haired, short woman who is the issue! I've gone... to 4 different Starbucks in the past 4 days just to see if what I was ordering was too much. Would you guess that Hinsdale,Darien, Westmont and Countryside ALL were MORE THAN HAPPY to make the drink I asked for, which was a blended Caramel macchiato.Super hard right? Make the drink. Toss it in the blender. Pour it into a cup. Wow, miraculously, every other store I went to hadNO issue making it. The woman that works at the Starbucks inside the Jewel just seems perturbed by any drink if it's not exactlyhow its supposed to be made. I'll never get anything from this Starbucks again. Who wants to be made to feel like they're aburden. I thought it was me, until I went to 4 other locations and my drink was made without a hiccup. Now, I know who theproblem is. Best Starbucks I've been to. Many others have gotten orders wrong or given cups half full, that kind of thing, never here.... Recently an employee (I believe his name was Solomon) was extra attentive in our order. I love the jewel but this Starbucks is so hit or miss it's Cray Cray. They are always out of something. I like the strawberry... acai with lemonade, very berry refresher, or pumpkin spice latte the best. There have been several times where they have notbeen able to make any of these or they make it but clearly not correctly. Idk. Im usually a good tipper but I completely stoppedhere....???? Worst Starbucks ever! Terrible service. Awful frappuccino taste. Avoid this location! Have ordered Strawberry frappuccino with... cream. This is what it says on cup. Lid is flat with no space for cream. Who trained these people? Absolutely useless. Pouredthe cream and smashed it with lid. Rude baristas. This is not the way Starbucks suppose to be.
