Tims Horton never honor their point system. What's the point of collecting reward when you can't even use it when you order.... Came in today trying to use my points to redeem a drink, and the staff won't accept it. The reason they gave was because thecard was used to place my mobile order in the last 30 minutes, I can't claim the drink. I call it BS... There was no one inside, only 3 cars ahead of me and each car took like 10minutes to finish the order.
