One card machine doesn't work and they always only have that one open. 15 people in line 1 person in the register that doesn't... work while the one that works is closed. 2 or 3 other stocking. Absolute disaster everytime I walk in. Takes 15 minutes to getin and out. ONLY at this caseys. Read more
Casey's in Eagle Grove has friendly and efficient workers. All the food is awesome & much is ready made so quick and convenient!
I've gone there probably 3 times for lunch in the last couple months. My lunch is at 1130 so the warmers should have at least... one option for lunch pizza. They literally have no lunch pizza in the warmer and if there is pizza it's breakfast pizza. There'sno sandwiches usually just cheesy potato bites. My family was just in for a quick slice of pizza......this lady ( long red hair)was complaining about her manager to the co... worker in the pizza kitchen. It was more than my wife could do to keep the little ones from hearing. Unprofessional to say theleast. Read more
The store did not have any fresh brewed ice tea made at tbw time of my visit. I stopped to use the facilities and purchase ice... tea but they did not have any. If I could give this store less than one star I would. Read more
We got in there close to closing time after fieldwork and Mike made us some sub sandwiches. I'm pretty sure it kept him there... after hours but it was very much appreciated. He was in a great mood and joked around with us the whole time too. Read more
I've been to this Casey's mulit times First thing Your to look at a driver's license to check the ID not ask a person!!! Second... thing my husband and I waited in line over 5 minutes to check out only to move to the other register on the other side . Youshouldn't spend more then 30 seconds be to one minute helping any customer. Help buy cigarettes or anything else for thatmatter!!! Read more
Terrible service, long lines, always one register open always doesn't work, if there are several people working they all will... sit there and look at the lines and not help get the lines cleared up, they all know a certain register doesn't work but stilluse it, nice people but the equipment they are working with and how the place is ran is a joke sorry to say, only caseys I'vehad issues with, if I didn't like Caseys so much I'd be going to Yesway Read more
