Ordered online. When we got home, one 12inch sandwich, which was a turkey ham and bacon sandwich, charged extra for the bacon... had 4 pieces of meat and no bacon on the entire thing. The second sandwich the bread was still dough, so the bread wasn?tfinished cooking. Has so much sauce on one side and none on the other. Will be calling tomorrow to speak to a manager about arefund. The night shift lady is rude, and needs to lose her job. Said she wouldn't serve me because I complained about my previous order... (which I did) and I stole straws. In from of customers she called me a theif and said she was calling the police on me! So RUDE!I will be contacting her boss, and corporate. Or I will be contacting my attorney. Read more
Subway needs to change their sign. I ordered a 12? spicy Italian sandwich for $4.99. I asked the kid working if I could get... that as a wrap since the sign says ?make any sub a signature wrap.? I wanted to cut down on the calories and not have as muchbread. To my surprise when I get to the register they tell me it is $6.99. Now how does that make any sense? The tortillashell is more expensive than the sub? If I buy a 12? steak and cheese sub it is $8.19 but as a wrap it is $6.99? I think I gottaken for $2, but there is no explaining that to the people behind the counter. Also it was funny to note that the kid who Italked to originally went straight to the back as soon as I started questioning the cashier. Read more
