Dunkin Donuts allows employees with handicaps to be bullied, harassed, and attacked by other employees and yet, treat the one... that was abused, as the perpetrator. They also do NOT look into background checks for felonies, etc., and they do NOT checkmanagerial background for prior firings, etc., due to erratic behavior, etc. Dunkin Donuts treats handicapable/disabledemployees like dirt, as well as do NOT follow State OR Federal Laws. They are NOT allowed to reduce hours, harass OR Demote aemployee yet, are doing just that. Dunkin needs to be called out for their ignorance and harm and need to understand that inthis town,.....we are NOT ignorant and we do NOT take kindly to bullies, abuse, and ESPECIALLY abuse towards ANYONE with ANYdisability. They never make my coffee right it be on the screen they do they want. I asked for 2 old fashion donuts I received 2 chocolate... glaze. How they don't have lemons & honey 2 go in a cup of hot tea. Like really everyone knows lemon & honey in go in tea. Read more
Made an online order. Showed up at the Drive Thru 10 min after I made the order. They claimed they didn't have it. Told them my... name. Order number. What my order was. It was already paid for off of my credit card and everything. They didn't seem to careuntil I pulled up and showed them the receipt. After that they rectified the situation and made my order but they really needsome better management and customer service. I'll update my review if things improve because I understand they're new. Have gone in there a few times since they've opened. Very friendly staff love the coffee always like Dunkin' donuts coffee and... donuts were good. Didn't wait long got served and was able to sit down within a few moments. Just wish the place was a littlebigger but they can't help it because of the space available it just seems like you're sitting there and you're almost on top ofthe counter. If the place would get really crowded it would be uncomfortable to sit and have a donut or whatever and a cup ofcoffee and not feel constricted and crowded. But other than that the donuts were good the coffee was good and the staff wasfriendly. Read more
ALF Friday morning 6 am. Dozen donuts. Glazing as thin as air. Donut texture as if made of foam. Wouldn't get donuts from this... place even if free. Not sure if Dunkin in general has gone this bad or this location is skimping customers. Terrible foodquality. Only + was the smiling girl at the counter. Read more
I ordered twice on the Dunkin app accidentally. Never received a refund for one of the orders, even though I told them it was a... mistake, so I was charged double. My drink had no espresso in it, they served me milk with flavoring. Very disappointed by thislocation. Had to contact customer service. Read more

Usually don?t have any problems here, but tonight they tried to charge me $1.50 to just have a flavored chai latte in drive... thru, not extra flavor, just the normal flavoring. I was told ?they have been under charging me for all the previous drinks.? So you?re telling me all drinks get charged for flavoring??
