I know people have bad experiences once in a while and sometimes it just doesn?t meet their expectations. I was having breakfast... with my son and a male employee (mid 20s?) was walking around with a breakfast sandwich box talking to a patron. I overheard himtalking about how long he has worked here and how much he loves his job. It was very encouraging to hear an employee taking topositively about his employer. Especially a chain like McDonald?s. Also there was no line but the cashier was standing at theregister waiting and had a smile when we approached. It was a pleasant experience. Read more
She said their fryer was down and they wouldn't be able to provide me with a hash brown for my McGriddle breakfast combo. I... asked what my alternative sides were and she didn't answer me. For the last few months I've eaten here I have had missing food, wrong orders, smashed food, sour attitude from staffing,... excuses for poor customer service.
