I know people have bad experiences once in a while and sometimes it just doesn?t meet their expectations. I was having breakfast... with my son and a male employee (mid 20s?) was walking around with a breakfast sandwich box talking to a patron. I overheard himtalking about how long he has worked here and how much he loves his job. It was very encouraging to hear an employee taking topositively about his employer. Especially a chain like McDonald?s. Also there was no line but the cashier was standing at theregister waiting and had a smile when we approached. It was a pleasant experience. Read more
She said their fryer was down and they wouldn't be able to provide me with a hash brown for my McGriddle breakfast combo. I... asked what my alternative sides were and she didn't answer me. I said, well give me a parfait as a side instead. When I got tothe next window, I was handed a frappé and no McGriddle sandwich. Come on, girl, do better! Read more
Food was piping hot and the service was fast and exceptionally friendly. I don't think I've *ever* had a drive thru attendant... wipe the condensation off my drink before handing it to me. Read more
For the last few months I've eaten here I have had missing food, wrong orders, smashed food, sour attitude from staffing,... excuses for poor customer service. There are some amazing workers there maybe a hand full, but beyond that people are ignorant,and rude. I would never recommend this location to anyone Read more
This place never seems to have it together. Stopped through drive thru, they didn't give me my complete order. Went in, nicely... mentioned it to manager on staff who tried telling me I was lying...only then to realize the nuggets were still cooking!!! Aftermaking me look foolish to the customers in line. And the place was disgusting! Floors were horrible! Read more
Stopped for breakfast and to use the restroom, traveling from out of state. Food was just fine. But the bathrooms were awful!!... How unsanitary to have the toilet paper sitting on the floor. Trash everywhere and overflowing. When we walked in, the employeeswere standing around doing nothing but chatting. Clean the restrooms!!! Read more
