Always able to get in and out pretty quick occasionally I'll go there and get food and sit in the little seating area need and... something to drink then I'll get the next bus an hour later and go to Walmart or whatever. Other times I'll get the bus acrossthe street run across the street real quick and have my order ready and pick it up and come back out and get the bus. Sheetz has many good things in terms of made to order foods, but continues to be disturbing in the way of made to order coffee.... Shown below is allegedly a cold brew with sugar, two percent milk, and whipped cream. What we got was black sludge withchocolate flavored something and whipped cream--no milk at all. As much as we tried to stomach this drink, it was better for ourquality of life to have no coffee at all and wait until we could find somewhere else to buy one. I ordered dr. Pepper bbq and got a container of sweet baby rays.
There soft serve ice cream machine has been down for over a year now and they can never seem to have it up and running. That is... a huge critical part to the store and disappointed with management. Read more
I just made it back home from a month out on the road . My sugar was crashing. And nothing was open.. I drove slow and stopped... at sheetz . I had trouble with the ordering computer. I asked the young man who was stocking 'Aren ' to help me . He gladlystopped stocking and helped me order my food... he was very pleasant, kind so helpful. After a long trip being tired hungry andsugar dropping . It was wonderful to have such a clean helpful place. I young lady 'Winter' made my food . She was so sweet. Andmade me my order. We chatted a little . I was very impressed with the late night crew!!! When u only come home a couple days amonth. It is. So warming to go into a store that is clean and welcoming. Your staff is completely inexperienced. They called me a liar when I was at the cash register as well over something very... simple. Definitely the worst Sheetz I've ever been in. I'd like to talk to a manager. Read more
