Not much to discuss but they complete orders correctly and quickly.
First of all if your costumer is going to purchased stuff from your store don't mistreat them. It is not like you provide the... best service in town. I was buying beverages and food and I need to used the bathroom. One of the Philippinos services guys.letme use it. Then this little Philippines woman comes out screaming like crazy shouting is lock...its locked....just for yourinformation that's how little by little a store starts loosing its costumers, especially when the services you provided is food.BAD COSTUMER SERVICE! First time at this DD. I was there buying packaged coffee on sale,a good buy. The store seemed okay staff was nice. I think DDs... prices could be more reasonable. I drink only decaf and wish they carried flavored decaf coffee. Read more
Dunkin is the perfect quick and easy breakfast for me. Especially as a college student they're always quick. This one does not... have a drive through though so you do have to go into the building. Read more
Wonderful Dunkin Donuts store! I don?t know the staff by their names but it is always a joy to hear the staff and customers... interacting with each other saying ? how are you today? If I could live here, I would. One of my favorite places in NJ. So much to see and do! Take a walk and enjoy the natural... grounds, utilize the bike path, relax on the beach or bay side or venture to the end to see the lighthouse and old Ft. Hancock.One of the best recreational areas Jersey has to offer! Read more
TERRIBLE customer service. Especially employee Napoleon. He made a big deal about me ordering an extra bagel with cream cheese.... Giving me attitude & verbal retaliation just because I ordered one extra and he didn?t want to make it. Acting like it isn?t hisjob to serve the customers. Keep in mind. there was only one person behind me in line, & two employees behind the counter. Ontop of that the girl behind me in line knew the guy making my food. He was literally just trying to rush me out & have me notorder food just to talk to her. 0/10 would recommend coming here unless you want to get into it with rude workers.
