I shop at this ShopRite regularly and I've recieved excellent service every time I've bought coffee here.
I?m pretty irritated! The other day I drove through and I asked for ?the powdered donut with the white icing-like cream... filling?. I was totally talked down to by the dude in the drive through because I didn?t know it was called Bavarian Cream. Hecorrected me in a very condescending way. Today I drove through and was very clear in my order asking for the Bavarian Creamdonut. In returning home I found Boston Cream in my bag. If y?all are going to patronize me for the way that I ask for the donutthat I want...then make sure you yourselves know the difference between them. Read more
I went to dunkin donuts to buy my mom a coffee. I can no longer drink coffee because of stomach issues. If I had to drink coffee... dunkin donuts is my choice. It was a ritual for me to go there twice a day. Best coffee by far. Read more
5 workers .nice people but 4 customers and an 8 min wait.... I watched as my coffee was given to another customer..now that's a... silly customer but when i corrected the worker i must have been wrong... my coffee was than made again and it was given toanother customer again.... wow..... i waited..... the customer came back in w the wrong coffee after tasting it...the employeeswanted me to take that one... after someone i do not know had there mouth on it....i dumped it they made me a new one...and iwas on my way.....guess what people....it was still the wrong cofee...s.m.h...by the way... yesterday I received the wrongcoffee also.....lol Read more
