I ordered no cheese and no pickles. This is what I get...every time. Not to mention a 30minute wait inside where the manager is... yelling at the register girl to not take any more inside orders because of the drive thru and door dash. Hit or miss with this place. Had to drive away from the window and wait 15-20 minutes for them to bring the food out.
I've been here a lot but this time, not only the workers lied, they said for the Halloween buckets they have green, turns out... they only had white and the nuggets were cold and my ice coffee wasn't sweet and had no caramel. Read more
Parked and went inside to get Food, so we could use the restrooms. There was no one at the counter, forcing you to use the... machine to order. I wanted to order extra apples, from the happy meal, which they always accommodate, but I could not do on thecomputer. I went to the counter to try to order and no one would even acknowledge me. Finally someone cleaning the seating areagot an employees attention and When I asked if I could order from her she said no you have to use the computer. I returnedfinished my order and wanted to pay cash which of course I could not do on the machine. I again went to the counter waitinganother few minutes to ask if I could pay cash. She again said no you need to use the machine. I finished my order, paid forthe food, waited around for a while and when the food came out the order was wrong. All of our fries were missing, we didn?t getsauce we had asked for. I had to stand at the counter, again being ignored for a few minutes to ask someone to please get thefries for my order. There was no apology only annoyance from all employees that I had asked for help. I know that many placesare short staffed lately, but it just seems entirely ridiculous that I can?t place my order with a person, and that when theorder is place via machine and clearly printed out, they still cannot get the order correct. We always go to the drive thru, but today we wanted to eat inside amd pay cash, we stood there for 7 minutes, not acknowledged... at all. The lady named "Nirella"? then said "use the kiosk" i said I dont want to touch the dirty kiosk after i just washed myhands and I wanted to pay cash, the kiosk doesnt take cash. I then inform a blond "manager"?? Who was sitting eating food, hestands up and the lady says "there are no cashiers here to help you? Completely lazy and unprofessional. Read more

Iam not the biggest McDonald's eater in the world but once in a blue I will eat at McDonald's. The one in clark is absolutely... disgusting every single table is full of food from the previous persons meal. The employees are rude and not helpful. The newdesign looks like a prison. unattractive and definitely not the McDonald's I grew up with. Read more
