I’ve had takeout from Ninja a few times for individual servings. Today I ordered from Ninja for a company lunch. 10 people... ordered about ~20 different rolls and appetizers. Yuki was extremely helpful and made the order process so smooth. She let metext in the order (since it was a lot to read over the phone) and was able to add a few containers of gluten free soysauce. Everything was delivered promptly on time and was even labeled so we could tell which rolls were which (seephoto). Rave reviews from the group on quality and freshness of the rolls! Order delivery from this place from the moment you call them on the phone they have excellent customer service they repeat your... order to you to make sure that they have a correct the person that answers the phone has a pleasant demeanor which is a plus inthis industry. I ordered edamame garlic version excellent I ordered hibachi vegetable and a side order of fried rice and tempuravegetables it was in all vegetable meal this time great for those who are vegetarians delicious meal delivery was excellent eventhe delivery guy had a great personality this place gets a five star for me not only for the customer service their food was hotand delicious. I was in the mood for Japanese cuisine so wanted to try this place out. I called in a order of vegetable udon without egg. The... lady over the phone was pleasant. When I arrived I parked on the street and waked in. The lady asked if I was picking up andwent to the back to get my food. I paid about $12.35 for the udon and it came with a side salad. When I got home I dug in. Thesalad was fresh but I used my own dressing because I am not a fan of theirs. The udon was very good. I will be back. Read more
*Quarantine Pick-up Review* We ordered through DoorDash for pickup after our bi-weekly grocery run. Decided to order enough for... lunch and dinner (plus, we had a coupon, so why not?) We had the Tiger roll (white tuna, salmon, crunch and spicy mayo, toppedwith tuna, salmon, BBQ eel, avocado, and black tobiko), Ninja Lunch Roll Combo (tuna avocado, yellowtail jalapeño, salmonavocado), Sushi and Sashimi Combo (5 pcs of sushi 8 pcs of sashimi, yellowtail scallion roll), and the Salmon Lover (4 pcssalmon sushi & spicy salmon roll). Anything listed under the lunch specials come with a soup AND a salad. I was just happy thatthey even offered lunch specials on the weekend. All the rolls were great - perfect rice to fish ratio. I was a little iffyabout the Tiger roll because in my past experiences at similar sushi places, special rolls are just meh - they usually have toomuch going on. But this one worked! Even though I don't even like eel, so that is saying something. The app said it would take20-30 minutes, which was accurate. Would definitely order for pick-up from here again. Service was amazing! We ordered appetizers, stuff to share for the table, individual entrees, and dessert and every course come... out at the perfect time. The food was so good. I want more now that I'm thinking about it and writing this review. The waitresswas super friendly and entertaining and the management looks like they know what they're doing. We came for the soft opening onvalentine's and everything seemed to be running perfectly. No rushing, no delays, no drama. My whole family loved it and wewill definitely be back! Read more
Favorite sushi around! Always fresh. Fun innovative chef’s special rolls! Ichiban is my favorite! Perfect amount of spicy.
