very disappointed with this location. I ordered a mediterranean veggie sandwich and i never got hummus on my sandwich even... though it is supposed to come with hummus! and if they were out they should have mentioned it to me and offer me a substitute!!on top of that i asked for a passion green tea and they gave me a different drink! i don?t know what it is but it has gas!! andthe girl at the window was RUDE! never returning here Read more

Clean nice staff..the cooked pastries and such were.displayed nicely. Ordering via system is not needed. They need to check... their milk and cream for I pour some.in my coffee and it curdled, did fix it upon bring it to their attention but we shouldhave to. No recommended, I can not trust in the way these guys prepare the food. I ASKED for three sandwiches two without onion and one... with it, turns out that these guys did not have onions for my sandwich but they pretended adding it, when they finally gave itto me and unwrapped it and there was not onions on it. So I returned the sandwich, they told me they did not have no more onionsbut they added something that a cased food poison to my wife. There were two young guy and another person older attending butneither one care about this problem. I will not return to this place because I can not trust in this place anymore, you don'tknow what they are going to put in your food. Read more

No matter the time of day, if I get pick up, drive through or go in store there?s always something wrong with my order. Ordered... a pick two, with a baguette as the side, I literally got a piece that broke off the bread thrown in my bag with crumbseverywhere. Last time was another issue, the time before that they messed up my entire order. Have asked for ?no cheese? ( dueto a dairy allergy) on several occasions and they always put cheese. Hadn?t been in for awhile so I decided to pick up lunch. Was excited for my broccoli cheddar soup but was nothing but... disappointed. Will never go back again not only did the prices go up (which that I understand) but your also watering down thesoups. Broccoli cheddar is suppose to be thick and creamy not yellow water. Flavor was ehh and dipping the bread was pointlessas it just tastes like bread in water. Don?t bother responding with send us your receipt as I don?t save Panera receipts.
