Great experience, my wife and I saw and review for Violette?s on PBS and knew we had to make the trip. The waffle sandwich was... fantastic, enough to share for sure. We also had a crème and fruit crepe, just as good. Washed it all down with some latte?sand was well worth the drive from Phoenix. Have some pastries for the drive home to enjoy. Read more

We were leaving Jerome and looking for a place for breakfast, and we found this jewel of a spot in downtown Clarkdale.... Violette?s really majors on doing their best to present a French atmosphere and offers a variety of French inspired food. I hadthe ?Frenchie? crepe and it was absolutely delicious. My wife had the ?Famous Waffle Plate.? She was pleasantly surprised at howmoist it was in the center and enjoyed the flavor of it. I all had their German Spice Cake and loved it (I?m a spice cake fan)!My wife enjoyed their Almond Croissant better than the waffle and said it was the best she ever had. The seating is mostlyoutdoor with French inspired music and the day we went the weather was perfect. The staff was nice and friendly and we enjoyedit experience. This was a great little place for breakfast. Wonderful atmosphere and seating outside the train car, which was the kitchen. It... has a walk-up window where you order. They serve coffee, pastries, and breakfast items from the menu. We had the breakfastspecial of the day, which was a banana fosters crepe, and also one of the best breakfast dishes I've ever had, The Big RoyaleSandwich. I would have loved to try all the different pastries, but was too full after the breakfast. Someday, though. Doyourselves a favor and stop here. It's worth it. Read more
Perfect breakfast spot conveniently located in Historic Clarkdale. Friendly service and food was wonderfully made with care.... Plenty of space to sit down and enjoy your meal in the sun. Highly recommend the waffle plate or big royale sandwich, they weredelicious! We?ll be back ?? Read more
