Horrible service. I put a code in the lady said they got it and I ended up having to pay full & I asked if they can take the... code again at the window and they told me I had to go around after waiting 20mins in line ???? I asked for our food to be fresheven if I had to wait a bit and was old and cold. I ordered a Mc Chicken meal , filet fish meal, and 2 McDoubles, and a happymeal & honestly all old & disgusting. Food received was wrong french fries were half full and the container and sandwiches will order plain but had condiments on it.... Had to wait and drive through a long time only to have to wait and longer for them to get the order right twice. Normallyservices better normally the service is better today must have been an off day. The girl who brought my order to the car wasvery polite and apologize for the mixup. Will get them another try another day. But then again it's only McDonald's. You kind ofexpected. Read more

Why in the world would a person have to ask for the pancakes in the big breakfast meal? Why call it a ?big breakfast?, if it?s... only a biscuit with hash brown and egg and sausage? That?s just a sausage and egg biscuit meal! It?s a ?big? breakfast BECAUSEit has pancakes. Don?t show the picture of pancakes if it doesn?t come with it without asking! Read more
Ordered my wife a large fry to take to her at lunch. When I get to her work, three minutes away, I look and they are DARK brown,... limp and absolutely tasteless. I call and talked to the manager, she told me " they are not old, we just have not had a chanceto change our grease". Then she told me " they are fine". I will never return and I will endeavor to make sure that everyone Iknow will be told of this. Again, the customer is never right and you can just deal with it. Avoid this place at all costs. If I could, I would leave no stars. McDonald?s has really gone down hill. I ordered on the app to save time. When I got home, I... noticed that they forgot one of my fries, and the other two that I actually got are less than 1/4 full!! Look at my includedpics! There is literally less than one small fry between the medium and large that I ordered! This is SO RIDICULOUS! Read more
