I showed up at 9:50 to get a sub and the lady was making herself some sandwiches to take home and was rude to me saying the... register If closed down. I told her that?s not fair I showed up in time to get a sandwich made and she was rude about it. She?sjust being lazy and mad I called her out about it. The store closes at 10 and people should be served up until 10. I?m surecorporate would agree. Quit being lazy I know you want to go home but you still have to serve your customers first. Read more
Every time I go here to get a sandwich the person preparing the sandwich is extremely rude and unfriendly! It is very clear that... he hates the fact that he has to come into the store from his cigarette break outside and prepare a sandwich! Never makes eyecontact with the customer and slams everything he touches in a hurry to get you out of his way! We placed an online order and we noticed it wouldn't let us pick the type of bread we wanted so right after placing the order we... thought we would call and let them know what kind of bread we would prefer if they had it available. Well the woman (Kim) whoanswered the phone was VERY rude. Said she was too busy to deal with us and that we're lucky that she even picked up the phoneand then proceeded to hang up on us. It's not the first time the workers have been rude. We use to love this location but latelyit's gone downhill and the staff definitely needs some proper training or something. Read more
The young gentlemen that was fixing my food was very rude. He never took his earbuds out of his ears. As he was asking my order... he was hateful and not friendly at all. When I asked about what meats were supposed to be on the sub I was ordering he gotdefensive. Rightfully so bc he had only put one piece of ham on my footlong club. He then threw the meat that was already on mybread back into the cooler and refused to serve me. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. Will be calling corporate. Severalpeople behind me decided to leave after he acted the way he did. I hope they do something about him soon bc if not he willcontinue to run off customers. Read more
If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered 3 foot longs from the app, and had an odd feeling so I called the store. To my... surprise I got no answer so I called the circle k just to be told rudely that they are closed. At 7pm. When the website says9pm. I don?t believe that the trashy and rude ?manager? didn?t receive our order. I believe that they simply didn?t want to workand decided to close down early even though we had already paid for our food. Now we have to fight to get a refund just becausesomebody wants to be lazy. Going forward I?ll just make the trip to Cornelia instead of Clarkesville from toccoa. Read more
