If I could give zero stars I WOULD ! The kids that work night shift think everything is funny when I go, every time I go they... always go to the back and start laughing , i went today 10/17 , I got nacho fries , the nacho fries had like 5-6 fries in each &they were cold ! Also one of my hard shell tacos hard a hair ! I asked for fire sauce and a kid that was wearing glasses said?oh yeah i got you , and then he said oh we don?t have fire sauce the truck won?t come until Thursday!? And started smirking ,wanting to laugh , and he was talking loud just so the other kids could hear ! Ended up getting Diablo sauce just becauseapparently they didn?t have fire sauce which I don?t think that?s true ! Immaturity kids work there! I do not recommend them atall!!! Don't eat beef so asked for the beef to be replaced with beans. Confirmed 2-3 times verbally and on menu that it was vegetarian... and the cashier assured me it was vegetarian when I took the order. Got home and all the vegetarian stuff had beef init. Perfect ???? Read more

I honestly don't know why we keep giving them chance after chance! We keep saying never again but unfortunately it's close and... on the cheaper side for a quick dinner, pretty sure this will be the last time ????My family spends well over $40 every timewe've ordered here and every time, we're either missing items or it's not what we ordered. Always an eye roll or attitude whenasked to correct it. Imagine how much more business they would have if they could at least get the orders right! Ordered online and when I picked it up I was missing several items. The team member was curious tho and gave me the missing... items without hesitation. The most disappointing is when I opened the items that was suppose to have extra toppings (which Ipaid well for) and they barely had any toppings. The food tasted pretty good but be sure to check your food when ordering to goor online. Read more

An absolute joke, this place is! I would give it zero if there was an option. Confronted a manager about the meal I?ve ordered;... how it came almost with no meat in it. They showed no concern or care about replacing or refunding the money. In addition, I hadto ask for my receipt after my complaint because I wasn?t provided one. I?ve noticed that they rounded out my amount without mypromotion as well to some donation. Completely unacceptable. Will NEVER step foot at Taco Bell again. Read more
Awful place and service! The Mexican girl taking our order rushed to lock the doors so we couldn't come in and order. So we... continued to the drive through. Our food was cold and wrong! We were told they were out of guacamole... and then asked for arefund. She promptly came up with guacamole. If you are the owner of this establishment. You need restructuring! At one pointthe girl taking out order was arguing with another employee at the door. Food quality was terrible! Service was awful! Andbeing lied to was unacceptable.
