HAHA, what a sad fate, this bk ruled back in the 90's, also looked so much cooler, well anyway....rude butthead sounding teen on... the speaker box, could not care less about the job, I know how it is though, BK is the lowest paying of all the ff chains, theyare a joke and very poorly ran, but still, take pride in your job and learn something. This is the worst BK in the area. They consistently screw up orders here, never salt fries, and have no clue what they're doing.... I stopped going here for a long time, but decided to grab some lunch today out of convience. Gave me wrong drinks, no salt onfries, food was Luke warm. Needless to say, go up the road a bit to McDonald's or the other fast food joints near by in thearea. Read more
It seemed like it was an inconvenience for the teenager in the drive through that we were there. Especially after asking if the... had they sourdough king sandwich. With a response of NO with a complete attitude. The sandwich was good. But, it seemed to betoo much if an inconvenience to salt the fries at all. We were there on June 19,2022 @ 2:40pm. We stopped at this Burger King after a long drive through NY and it was advertised off I-81S. Arriving at 7:48pm with the... adjusted hours of 08:00am-8:00pm, my family and I found to dining room doors locked. We drove to the drive through where as wewere actively ordering, a female associate kept asking if we were done with the board, which we weren?t and said so, so shecould flip it to the breakfast menu. As we were ordering, we asked for a #8 and the response was ?Oh no, we don?t have anythinglike the #8?. So then we asked for a #9 and the response was they didn?t have a #9. We asked what chicken sandwich meals theyhad and they said only a #10, so we got a #10. Needless to say, it wasn?t what we actually wanted but it was the only chickensandwich available. When we got to the pickup window I asked since the hours were 8-8 and it wasn?t 8pm, could we come in touse the bathroom and was told they weren?t allowed to let anyone in. I asked to speak to the Manager and was told she would cometo the window. She did not come to the window but allowed the associate to relay her name. Locking the doors 10 minutes beforeclosing is unacceptable, especially when you?re a business advertised off a busy highway. Not letting paying customers use therestroom when the store hasn?t closed yet is also unacceptable. The associate?s attitude standing at the sign waiting to flip itwas unacceptable. The manager not coming to the window like she should have is also unacceptable. This type of horrible customerservice is what happens when you hire young staff to run a business in the absence of the owner. My family and I will never givethis store our business again.
