No need to travel to Boston or New York for there is an authentic Italian eatery right in the outskirts of NEPA. (I am as... astounded as you.) The homemade pasta and sauces are truly the best I have ever tasted. The carbonara tasted precisely how itshould and boasted an addictive quality that left me wanting more of its intense richness. Noodles were perfectly al dente andthe portions were perfectly plated. The focaccia bread was light, airy and a sumptuous compliment to the meal as was the Italiancheesecake which lived up to its namesake. (Enough of the New York cheesecakes which are frankly a travesty.) I cannot recommendthis no frills establishment more highly. Read more
Visited for first time. Delicious food, great atmosphere & awesome owners and staff. Very friendly too. The group I was with, ... was there after closing and they didn't rush us out. The owner frequently checked in on us which was awesome. He even handdelivered each plate personally. Our table even had a medium sized plate of all the desserts. All the food is made withauthentic Italian ingredients shipped in with pastas homemade. The owners took the time to talk with us also. I wish I lived uphere or visited more to spend more time there. My favorite Italian place to go to for takeout. The pesto sauce and hand made meatballs are amazing together. A ton of specialty... Italian food for sale as well. They have a Hazelnut (Nutella) Ravioli (desert) in the freezer section and can't wait to trythat. Read more
I cannot say enough about this place. The food is great the atmosphere is wonderful and the staff goes above and beyond. it... would not be a good place if you're in a hurry because it's meant to be a nice relaxed environment where you can have fun withfamily and friends. It was amazing that my family was able to sit for 2 hours without looking at their phones. The picture is myson's birthday where they cut all the desserts we ordered so it could be eating family style. it was a really nice touch andmade my son's birthday even better. wish I had pictures of all the other special touches but we need it too fast! Wow, the pasta is amazing! I got the carbonara and the guanciale was cooked to perfection. Pictures don't do it justice. The... chef came out and spoke about the dishes and explained tasting recommendations. Highly recommended, buono! Read more
