I enjoy the tea here better than star bucks, I can adjust the way I want it in term of the fillings, sugar level, and how much... ice I want, star buck will never ask you to custom your tea. love it, but it is very pricey. good tea cost good fortune, but itkeeps my health better, so it is worthy. Today is Thursday Sept. 30: I came by to grab an Oreo milk tea with no ice. Very simple , somehow the girl managed to get ice in... it. I am an Asian Female , I was at the counter with my African American boyfriend. When he got the drink and it had ice in thedrink we walked up and told the Asian man at the counter. I feel like the Asian man at the counter was being discriminatory.Instead of making a new tea , he scoops out the ice , which is mixed in with the oreos pieces , which also make up 1/3 of thedrink. He then was arguing with us after the drink order specifically stated ?No Ice?. While my boyfriend offered the owner hiscard for the owner to make a new drink ?which is customary for a mess up of an order? , I decided to tell my boyfriend nobecause we should not be spending our money anywhere where either of us are not valued. Stopped by 7/17 around 1:30 PM. Staff was absolutely fantastic. Very friendly and nice! Got my drink super fast too! I?ve... visited a lot of Kung Fu Tea locations outside the state, but this has definitely been the best. Thank you! Read more
Store hours are unreliable, and this KFT has bad customer service. I ordered drinks around 6:15 pm. Came to pick them up at... 6:30 pm. They were closed. Store hours said they close at 7:00 pm. No notes or signs of early closing. They still charged me forthe drinks. I called them the day after. They said whatever order they couldn?t fulfill, they would refund it. I waited a weekand saw no refund transaction. I called them again, and they said they already refunded and that it might take a while for thecredit to show up on my account. I waited two weeks and checked my account. Still no refund. I called my credit card institutionto file a dispute. About a month later, KFT sent me an email with the receipt of the original transaction. I need the receipt ofthe refund transaction, not the order. I?m just frustrated. I?d suggest that if you want to order from this KFT, don?t orderthrough the app. Make sure there?s actually people there to fulfill your order(s). Otherwise, you?re going to have a longjourney ahead of trying to get your money back. Read more
I am a big fan of bubble tea and kung fu tea and this place did not disappoint! Large validity of bubbles and jellies you can... add into your drink. They also have a large variety of flavors along with both hot and cold drinks. Read more
