Ordered two pizzas for carryout. The store was a little busy so we didn't check them while there. After bringing them home, we... learned they were both made completely incorrectly (wrong toppings, wrong sauce, AND wrong crust). After calling the restaurant,they offered to remake the pizzas and have them delivered. The second set of pizzas were still made incorrectly AND this timeone of them was even the wrong size.! I called back again and just asked for a refund. Definitely do not recommend ordering fromhere, or if you do - only do carryout and check your pizzas thoroughly before leaving the store. Read more
Finally a pizza chain that knows what they are doing. Ordered a delivery pepperoni pizza at 1030. 30 min before close. Pizza... came on time and hot. Service was incredible. Thank you papa johns team Read more
The manager is the first one you see when you walk in at the register. She is awesome! Great customer service, cheerful... personality and will do what she can to keep you---the customer---satisfied. As a manager who gives 110% to the store and hercustomers, I surely applaud her! Read more
Kathleen and the team at Papajohns - Clarksburg location are simply amazing!! A few times we have called and when Kathleen picks... up and takes the order she goes..."minus ingredients a and b? Now that's exceptional customer service! Thanks for payingattention, thanks for your patience in taking orders...even when we make it sooo complicated. The best part is when the local Washington sport team wins, so do the customers! Hard to beat the 50% off special. The Epic... Crust cheese filled Meats Special is our favorite pizza! I do have to say, I don?t understand why you cannot purchase Epic Crustin the XL pizza?the Large is just too small in our opinion. I?m always greeted by Kathleen when she?s there and she makes it apleasant experience. This location is convenient and we?ll continue to take advantage of the special offers! My family & I regularly do pizza night, and on more than one occasion has this particular papa John?s been awful. Last time we... ordered they forgot one of our pizzas, no problem- they said we had a free pizza on them. Next time we ordered, we spoke with alady saying we had a free pizza and she said sorry there?s no notes in your file and argued with my husband about giving him hisfree pizza. We decided to give them another change and ordered tonight at 8:12 pm. It?s now 9:16 as I write this and still nopizza. We called & the lady had stated our driver had 2 other stops before us. So if you want to deal with bad customer service,rude staff, cold pizza, & late delivery- order from papa John?s in clarksburg!! Read more
Ordered online and arrived when the app said it was ready. Box was sealed, which was nice so I thought it would be what I... ordered. Got home, the pizza wasn?t even cooked and the mushrooms were in 1 pile. Had to drive back and they had to remake mypizza. Not once was there a true apology, I had to just wait for a new pizza. I would have expected something for the trouble. I submitted a response to their survey to be contacted, by phone. I received a substandard email from Bryan Goode, VP ofOperations. Thank goodness Manhattan Pizza has finally opened here in Clarksburg! Finally, a much better option than the poorquality and service Papa Johns offers. Not to mention, the horrible drivers they employ when making U-Turns right on NewcutRoad, and then darting in front of cars. Read more
