The sandwiches are so good! I like mine with chicken and cheese mostly plain and it tastes awesome. The cookie is also nice and... the location is good because its walking distance from my house so I can easily grab a sub for lunch. Read more
Placed my order and paid through the Subway app. When I got to the restaurant, they said they had no record of my order and... would not give me my sub or money back even after I verified I was at the correct location and showed them my app that showed myorder had been placed. Read more
I always eat on this store while working in clarksburg, but on my most recent visited everything was going good until the person... who was making my sandwich decided to touch their register with his gloves on while waiting on my sandwich to toast, while theother young man that was making an online order, stop and pulled his phone out to check ob a notification while he was makingtwo other sandwiches, with everything that is going on right now and with phones being one of the dirtiest objects i dont thinkthis was safe or sanitary. they mess up the orders, not sure if their mobile ordering is screwed up. all 3 of my last orders, they didn't put cheese though... it was requested while ordering. they missed adding other ingredients as well. the sandwich tasted like cardboard and verybland. glad they opened a subway in Damascus, I would drive there and try it. Wow what terrible service by Seth the boy behind the counter I walked in with my neighbor to order subs using coupons and Seth... looked at us and said rudely because you guys walked in together you can only use 1 coupon per group but we did separate orders.When we said we were going to call corporate he laughed and said do you need the number.
