Let me start by saying I love Arby's food, that said, since I moved here, I never have gotten an order right or my food is cold.
Since pandemic, using drive thru much more and fine with Us. Would be nice if this Arby's utilized Doordash.

Sandwich was delicious but the bun was totally smashed flat. I told the old bald guy at the counter and he just grunted at me... and walked away. Need a little training at this store for the cooking and customer relations. Read more
I had a hair in my sandwich that was so long when I pulled it I could feel it coming from my throat. No one there wears hair... nets, or bothers to keep their hair from the food. They also reached into my bag without gloves on and then proceeded to wipetheir nose. All around a bad place to eat. Read more
