Well the older lady that works nightshift, my sister her husband was there at 2 am in morning, but anyway she was very rude... with my sister and her husband, told them if she didn?t have cash she wouldn?t couldn?t serve them if my sister would have payattention the sign was on the door! got right down rude with my sister and her husband, was very rude the time they was there, number one if don?t like your job or working with the public then quit! Number 2 there no sense in being right down mean rudewith your costumers! They keep you in business! Also who read a sign on a the door at 2 am in the morning with being really tired! My sister and her husband been going to dennys for 10 years! But all the rudeness thing going on that shouldn?t even behappening they will not return back to Denny! My pancake puppies were raw inside, however, was not charged. The rest of the meal was delicious. The wait staff amazing.
We went a few hour before a WVU game. The place was packed. With that said we were seated in a very acceptable amount of time.... Our waitress was on us immediately and the service was spectacular. With such a huge amount of service happening I was notexpecting a quick cook time on our meals, but I was wrong. It was very fast. My wife had the steak and eggs. I had thelumberjack with pumpkin spice pancakes that both of us shared. I am normally not a pumpkin spice fan but these pancakes weredelicious. Read more
My husband and I dined here late night after he got off from work. It was a waiting period cause they are short staffed but we... were served by a lady named Sarah she was on top of her game. Very friendly and sweet and always checked on us. Brought a refillwithout asking. We loved it we definitely want her to be our server next time. Read more
Our waitress, Maranda, was absolutely fantastic. She told us she was newer to serving and we honestly couldn't tell. There was... four of us in our party driving home from out of town. She was super attentive and so incredibly sweet. I did however witnessanother waitress (skinny girl with black or dark brown hair) being mean to her. She told her she needed to open her eyes andlook and then snatched something out of her hand. Absolutely uncalled for. We wanted to tell the manager but he had just left,so hopefully he sees this. Maranda was FANTASTIC and does not deserve the attitude she was getting. Read more
The food here is not very good and I would recommend going elsewhere if possible. However the staff here are very nice and the... manager is very willing to fix any mistakes that they make. The wait times here are about normal. It took about 20 minutes toget my food. The restaurant is not the cleanest though. Prices are also very good. Read more
My children and I absolutely love this place!! It is out favorite restaurant. And we always look forward to seeing our favorite... server, Ray.
