The service was horrible! I live 30 minutes away and I called and made my order and they said 20 to 25 minutes . I had to get my... 2 daughters ready so I left about 10 minutes after I ordered and I got there and they hadn't even had my 2 medium pizzas, cheesebread, and bread sticks done yet! No big deal, until literally people who came in after me were getting their orders before meand they didn't even put the pizzas in until 15 minutes AFTER I showed up ! And this was at 830pm . So I waited there for 30minutes after driving 30 minutes. And they still had to ask me what I wanted on the pizzas ! Horrible service! Read more
Literally the worst pizza place ever! They never get the order right and then try to charge you for stuff you already paid... for! I can understand being busy and such but take the time to make sure your sending the correct things out and all of theitems! I wont be visiting this location again! Read more
Ordered 2 EMBs, was told it would be about 10 minutes. I was fine with that, I wanted them to be fresh. 5 minutes later they... called my name, I grabbed my pizza's and left. 10 minutes later I grab the top box and try to get a slice. The pizza is cold andhard, it has to be a couple hours old and wasnt even kept in the warmer. . I open the other box and it is a fresh pizza that ishalf cooked. Read more
1st time order online. Arrive at appointed time, computers down, order not ready, not even begun. Told 5 minutes wait. Order... forgotten, oh, we don't have onions that were prepaid online. Pizza started. How do I get the refund for not receiving? You willhave to come in tomorrow to talk to manager. How about I take this 2 litre Pepsi, you tell your manager and we are settled? Oh Idon't think so ...and employee goes on about price disparity...however I was charged online extra $2.50 same price as advertised on the sign for Pepsi. Ummmmm. Very friendly staff at this little Caesar's. They always give my 4 year old daughter a bag of cookies and pizza is always... fresh. This is a prime example of good service! Read more
They always have an attitude when I come to this location. Seem real irritated I even ordered. They never seem to have hot and... ready pizzas. I don't expect them to be sweet or anything of the sort but dang makes me never want to come order since I alwaysget treated like I?m causing a hardship just ordering one pizza. Read more
