The staff is always helpful and always friendly and I personally have never had any major issues.
ordered two hotdogs with bacon and chilli i got them with no chilli and no bacon and with mustard which im allergic too! and... didn?t ask for there were also multiple hairs i saw when i opened the hot dog up because i smelt the mustard they overloaded andadded so much mustard it would?ve been all i tasted and they won?t answer the phone this place has horrible customer service andthis isn?t the first time ive foundhairs in my room i don?t even think they were hair nets nor is it the first time they?vemessed up my order and wouldn?t give me a refund. I always have a good experience at the Clarksburg,WV Sheetz. The older lady that works late night/early morning shift on the... register,is a SO nice. She is the kindest person I have ever met. I wish I knew her name because she deserves a raise orsomething. The free air is an added bonus. When I find the employees name out,I will make sure to let Sheetz know,bc shedeserves everything great just because she is so kind to everyone. 5 stars for her as an employee all on her own. You gotta love Sheetz. Gas prices are always competitive with area fueling stations. They have a good selection of snacks and... drinks and other items you would expect in a convenience store. I especially like the made-to-order hot food items. The qualityis always good and the touch-screen ordering is a plus. The thing I most appreciate is the free air. I always have a fast, efficient, and pleasant experience every time I've been at Sheetz. That includes encountering amazing ,... friendly and very fast customer service from the food service area where you can order milkshakes, coffee drinks, and food togo. And then of course encountering, yet again, fast and extremely friendly customer service while checking out at the main /original register. I have only had one, tiny, unpleasant experience visiting sheets and all these years of going regularly. Butit was not even sheets fault for the unpleasant experience I encountered while attempting to withdraw cash from their ATMmachine, the ATM refused to accept or read my card so I was unable to get any cash off my debit card that day from Sheetz. Sheetz is my favorite convenience store! You always save money along with earnings points for free items using the Sheetz ... reward card. It's nice to stop and fill my gas tank, grab a pack of cigarettes and if I am hungry a cheap but great salad andor sandwich from the awesome selection of "Made To Order " food they offer! Sheetz is the only place I can get FREE air in mytires with a digital easy to use Air pump and and if needed I can wash my car in the new automatic Car Wash! Sheetz definitelyis far SUPERIOR to all its competitors! Read more
